Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics Limited and our affiliates (“AIDA,” “we,” “us,” “our”) know how important privacy is to our customers, and we strive to be clear about how we collect, use, disclose, transfer and store your information. The Privacy Policy applies to Samsung devices, websites or online applications that refer to or link to the Privacy Policy (collectively, our “Services”). 

We put our top priority on protecting your personal information, and ully acknowledging the fact that your personal information belongs to you, we do our best to securely store and carefully process the information you share with us. We place our highest value on your trust. We hence collect a minimal amount of information only with your permission and use it solely for its intended purposes. We do not provide the information to third parties without your knowledge.

Any infringement of our copyright will not be tolerated by AIDA and AIDA can seek injunction, relief and indemnifications available under the Copyright Laws, Criminal Code, Administrative Law and other relevant laws.

All trademarks, service marks, logo, trade names and trademark, including but not limited to AIDA are proprietary to AIDA or its affiliates. These trade marks are protected by Trademark Laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Unless otherwise indicated or authorized by AIDA or relevant right holder, no user may change the Trademark. The forbidden changes include, without limitation, changes in the colour, proportion, or design, or removal of any words, artwork, or trademark symbols. No part of the Trademark may in any form, alone or in combination with other marks, names, or products, or by any electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or any other means be used, or reproduced, or be broadcast, or transmitted without prior written permission from AIDA. AIDA shall hold any party liable for any unauthorized action that is inconsistent with the law applicable to the Trademarks.
